What to Expect

Expect an unforgettable event, whether you’re hiring your first private chef or you have had one before in the past. I will carefully manage everything from the initial setup to the final cleanup, allowing you the freedom to be as involved in the process as you would like to be. I will arrive several hours in advance to thoroughly prepare the food and elegantly set the table, and together we’ll coordinate the timing meticulously to ensure your meal is served at just the right moment. After the event concludes, I will ensure that I leave the kitchen even cleaner than I found it, allowing you to relax and enjoy the occasion without any worries.

  • The kitchen should have basic tools. I can work with a simple setup if necessary. It's important to have the right dishes, glasses, and utensils for our menu. I can bring extra items if informed ahead of time. Also, be aware that some Airbnbs sleep more guests than dining seats and tableware. I'm flexible as long as I have the details!

  • I'm happy to help with allergies and dietary needs, so please share them as soon as possible. When choosing a menu, just keep it simple. If you have vegetarians, pick any menu and I’ll provide suitable options. I often serve family-style meals to ensure everyone enjoys their meal. Let’s discuss menu choices that cater to picky eaters to reduce waste and ensure a memorable dining experience. It's disappointing to see uneaten food, especially when we strive to create a great meal for everyone!

  • Pricing is contingent on the number of guests, menu and food cost. Please fill out the contact form and I will reply with a quote for your event. I require a 50% deposit to be paid through my easy invoicing software once you are ready to book.

If you have a preference for all the food to be exclusively organic, please do not hesitate to let me know, and I will make the necessary arrangements to purchase only organic products. When it comes to beef, I always select prime grade or higher to ensure the best quality, and for fish, I prioritize sustainability to support responsible fishing practices. I am dedicated to choosing the freshest and highest quality products based on what is available in the market at the time. Additionally, if you have any other specific requests regarding quality or sourcing, please feel free to communicate them, and I will be more than happy to oblige and accommodate your needs.

  • I love cooking all cuisines from across the world, drawing inspiration from the rich flavors and traditions that each culture offers. I especially gravitate towards Asian cuisines, including those delightful dishes from Vietnam, Japan, and India, as they provide a wonderful array of tastes and textures. My food is not only flavorful but also comforting, bringing a sense of warmth and satisfaction to each meal. I take great joy in creating menus that feature a balanced combination of fresh, comforting, and colorful components, ensuring that each dish is not only a feast for the palate but also a visual delight.

  • Please inform me immediately if there are children in your group. If the kids are eating with adults, the price remains the same. If the children are very young and you want to include some simple foods, please let me know, and I will be happy to assist.
